Hey everyone!
Alex here with a much needed updated.
I'm going to be using this blog to keep everyone up to speed on the development of Dream Dimension TCG even when I don't make videos.
Without further ado, here's the list of things I've made this past year:
Cards developed 13/120
Begun working on a Tabletop Simulator edition for playtesting
It might not seem like much but this time off really brought back my motivation and this time I won't focus on the development so much I burnout. Slow and steady, ya know?
A little teaser for you all
Playtesting Sessions
I mentioned that I've begun working making Dream Dimension TCG playable on TTS (Tabletop Simulator), this is because the simulator allows for a much greater degree of freedom compared to Untap. Sure it's not free but it's worth it. Plus there are other creators using TTS for their playtesting sessions so if you ever want to play others games, you just have to ask them if they use TTS.
I'm also going to be going back and playtesting Set 1 some more, with a clearer mind there are some things I might want to change and make better.
Future plans
For this year I plan to create 2 starter decks for beginners and make at least half of the cards for Set 2.
These decks will be simple in mechanics and are what will be used in playtesting session with new players for learning purposes.
In terms of videos, I plan to upload Speedpaints at least once a week. Clip Studio Paint has a nifty Timelapse feature that will help tremendously.
And for today that's all! Thank you for reading this far and I'll see you guys in the next post!
